3. Products and toy safety

We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time.
Each product page shows the manufacturer's recommended age and any safety warnings. Please read these before buying and always follow them.
Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 because of the risk of choking. Adult supervision is recommended when young children play.
Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, batteries, cleaning and use.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Products are available while stocks last. If we make a pricing or typing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order.
Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot confirm your payment details. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

7. Discounts and gift cards

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.

8. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use, edit and share it in connection with our store. Please do not post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or anything that belongs to someone else. We may remove any content at our discretion.
